Then click on the Security tab (second tab from the left), and click on the green check mark that says “Trusted Sites,” click on the sites button. In the popup, write “https://citrix.tisg.net” (without quotations) and click add. You then have to completely exit Internet Explorer and reopen it.
If you have not previously done so, install Citrix Receiver. You can download Citrix Receiver from here. Make sure you install the correct version for you computer’s operating system. Continue to the login prompt and enter your username and password. You will be logged in. Install Citrix Receiver, close your browser, and continue to the Desktop Access site. Once you are logged in, you will be presented with a webpage that has a small screen with a play symbol (right pointing arrow) that says My Desktop. Click on that to access you Desktop. If you cannot read files from your Desktop, your computer, or a USB flash drive, you have to change the settings to allow you to do so. Once you are in your Desktop, you should see a small black line in the middle of the window. When you click on that, a menu will appear with some settings which allow you to switch to your regular computer, your Desktop, send Ctrl + Alt +Del, a preferences page,a window mode, and a disconnect button. Click on the button with the gear that says “Preferences.” A small windows will appear with different pages. Click on “File Access” on the left.
